# How do I Re-Subscribe to HeyBabbl

## If you are returning Babbl customer, please complete the following to get Babbl services back up and running. \* Note this can take up to 5 business days to be completed

1. Log into your customer account at [https://heybabbl.ca/my-account/](https://heybabbl.ca/my-account/). Enter your username or email address, and your password.
2. Once Logged in Select Subscriptions

3. Click on the view button of the cancelled subscription (below is an example, your subscription # and Total may be different)

4. Click on the resubscribe button

5.  Complete the checkout to resubscribe. This will look like you are ordering for the first time but most of the information will auto fill. What you will need to ensure is:   
     1. Fill in the service address

     2. Choose the next available delivery date

     3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions

     4. Click Sign Up Now

6.  You’re all done, Babbl will receive the order and process immediately. Text us at
