      How do I return my rental modem

      Returning Rental Equipment When you return equipment to us, be sure to send it within 30 days to avoid non-return fees.

      1. Place the equipment and power cord in the original box or a box about the same size, to protect it during shipping.

      2. Return the modem 1 of 2 ways
