You can suspend your service, keep your modem for reactivation on another date by following the process.
Log into your my account here
Select the My Subscription section from the list
Select the yellow Cancel button
Send an email to info@heybabbl.ca with the following information
Date service will begin being temporarily suspended
A rough date range the service will be restored.
Please note if it will be a different address when you are reconnecting
REACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT
A week or more prior to your return
Log into you my account here
Select the My Subscription section from the list
Select the yellow Reactivate button (There is a $25 reactivation cost)
