Common reasons for Internet Outages
Failed link to internet provider: A failed link can be from a storm that causes power outages or construction/ animals that disrupt wiring.
Most internet service providers have thousands of “backbone” networks all around the country, which means if the backbone network in your area goes down, so will your internet.
Here are a few links you can use to see if there is a current outage in your area. As we use Shaw's backbone if they have an outage in your area we do as well.
