# When Should you Expect your Modem?

## The Babbl team will be working hard to deliver top class service and have your shiny new modem at your door

You'll receive a purchase confirmation email shortly after signing up for a Babbl internet plan and your modem should arrive within five days of purchase. 

If you have signed up for an internet plan and have not received confirmation regarding your order please contact us at support@heybabbl.ca.
