How do I reactivate my account

Please give a minimum of 5 business days notice for reactivation. 

Log into you my account here

Select the My Subscription section from the list

Select the yellow Reactivate button (There is a $30 reactivation cost)

We will let your know via email the status of your request as soon as we have confirmation that you modem has been activated!
