How to keep services going when the account holder is leaving, and someone else is taking over the account.
1. Update account and billing information on your account page under Account Details and Payment Methods - Here https://learn.heybabbl.ca/en/internet-helpdesk/how-do-i-update-my-credit-card
2. Have the account holder and the person taking over the account both email info@heybabbl.ca with the following information to confirm
Original Account holders name, address, phone and email address
New account holders name, address, phone and email address.
3. There is a $20 charge to the new account holder for the transfer - This covers our fees to update account info with Shaw.
