How to keep services going when the account holder is leaving, and someone else is taking over the account.
1. Update account and billing information on your account page - Here https://learn.heybabbl.ca/en/internet-helpdesk/how-do-i-update-my-credit-card
2. Have the account holder and the person taking over the account both email info@heybabbl.ca with the following information to confirm
Original Account holders name, address, phone and email address
New account holders name, address, phone and email address.
3. There is a $20 charge to the new account holder for the transfer - This covers our fees to update account info with Shaw.
