# How do I transfer my account to another person.

## How to keep services going when the account holder is leaving, and someone else is taking over the account.

**1. *Update account and billing information on your account page* under *Account Details* and *Payment Methods* -  [Here](https://learn.heybabbl.ca/en/internet-helpdesk/how-do-i-update-my-credit-card?hsLang=en) [https://learn.heybabbl.ca/en/internet-helpdesk/how-do-i-update-my-credit-card](https://learn.heybabbl.ca/en/internet-helpdesk/how-do-i-update-my-credit-card?hsLang=en)**

**2.** Have the account holder and the person taking over the account both email **info@heybabbl.ca** with the following information to confirm

Original Account holders **name, address, phone and email address**

New account holders **name, address, phone and email address**.

**3.** There is a **$30** charge to the new account holder for the transfer - This covers our fees to update account info with Rogers.
